of underserved and vulnerable populations in our community.

As one of the leading public health providers in the Pee Dee,
Edisto, and Lower Savannah regions, HopeHealth will assemble and
integrate a comprehensive range of health and human service
resources to provide the very best in patient care, prevention, and
support services in a warm, friendly environment.
As an organization that values innovation, HopeHealth will improve
the health of the communities we serve through the development of
new and better models of care, prevention, and support
